All Sales Are Final

We don't offer refunds or exchanges on any products — opened, used, or unopened.

Once a product leaves our facility, it can't be resold. Federal safety and hygiene standards require that any returned items be discarded. It's a policy we stand behind, both for your safety and to avoid unnecessary waste.

It also accounts for the nature of skincare — results can take weeks or months to take effect.  So please choose carefully. 

Faulty Goods

If your order arrives faulty/damaged, please email hello@mikuraskincare.com within 7 days and we’ll find a solution.
