Shipping & Handling

All charges are shown at checkout. Orders ship via USPS and include $100 of standard shipping insurance, covering loss, damage, or missing contents up to that amount.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Mikura Skincare is not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. If your order arrives damaged:

• Hold onto all packaging materials and damaged items

• File a claim directly with USPS
