Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking information after the stated processing time, or if you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at hello@mikuraskincare.com.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are displayed during the checkout process. All orders are shipped using USPS.

Insurance

All orders shipped via USPS come with $100 of shipping insurance. This insurance protects against lost, damaged, or missing contents up to $100.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Mikura Skincare is not responsible for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.
